On Tap - Milwaukee

Went out for a friends birthday and our time at this bar turned salty the second we walked in! We have never been treated so badly, with such horrible service, and worst of all the manager, Cassandra, was just beyond rude! When we walked in last night she turned and told her table that she had to do payroll and 20 people just walked in. Wow! It also took me over 30 minutes to get a drink while others were served within 5 minutes of being there and there wasn’t many people even at the bar. By the time my friend and I got a drink, our whole table was done with their drinks. Cassandra was the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever seen and she seemed so annoyed from the second we walked in all the way until we left. We showed up at 9:40 and the place closed at midnight. What a very neat, nostalgic place, but was immediately ruined by her awful attitude, consistent rude comments that she kept dropping, and just a straight up RBF! I guess our money is not green here and wasn’t good enough. Will never ever go back! What a shame.

I went here a few weeks ago on my Milwaukee trip. I was staying at the Malt house so it was a convenient nearby place. The food was actually really good. Especially the pizza. The staff was friendlier than anywhere else I went. I’m personally not a huge fan of the atmosphere, theme of the place. The TVs are super up high at the bar, the lighting is dark at night. They have a huge Pabst sign but they didn’t have it on tap of all things. Overall it’s a chill place and the food is worth it.

Chicken sandwich on pretzel bun...????? Must get! Staff amazing and make it a must to stop in!

This restaurant has earned a permanent spot on my list of favorite restaurants, not just for the delicious food, but for the outstanding service provided by Jane. If you're looking for a dining experience that goes beyond the plate, I highly recommend asking for Jane when you visit.

French dip bun very hard and dry, a jus didn't help.? Fries were cold and sawgy. Service and atmosphere were great!
