フィードバックを提供するI went to place an order and the door was locked at 1pm. Luckily another customer let me in but when I enter the employee said; “I’m only taking ONLINE orders.” This place hours are too unpredictable and so are their capabilities.
I love noodles but everyone should think twice before ordering here. I’ve had nothing but problems. Multiple to go orders have been wrong, missing chicken, cream not removed from penne rosa, wrong and random veggies included, veggies I wanted removed included. Customized cheese to the non normal and don’t get it. My drink cup is never included in the bag. The staff have never been helpful. I’ve stood at the order counter for minutes without help. Multiple times I’ve had to get loud in an attempt for someone to walk up or get persons prepping food to help. The floor has been sticky on two occasions. Just mop it for goodness sake. Can’t get order right, are unhelpful in attempts to rectify, establishment is on the dirty side. I’m done giving them chances.
I’m very disappointed with the fact that the staff could kind of care less. I was just in and went to pick up my order. I specifically put *No Tomatoes* and on the sheet it says no tomatoes sub tomatoes. I went inside and let them know that I asked for no tomatoes and the lady let me know that I put SUB tomatoes so she wasn’t going to do anything about it. Disappointed I walk away with the same container I walked in with but I can’t say I’m surprised.
I normally like Noodles but this location is absolutely horrible. I placed an order to be picked up but apparently they closed at 6 pm that day. I understand the staffing issues and closing early isn’t the problem, the problem is my order still went through and my card got charged. I called the store to ask for a refund and I promise you the person who answered the phone after I told them the situation said “okay bye bye” and hung up on me…WTF!
Ordered from the Noodles app for delivery. Was brought the wrong order. When I called to tell the store, I was told my order was sitting on the counter still and I could come get it. No, I couldn’t. If I could have, I wouldn’t have asked for delivery. I asked for a refund, talked to a manager about it, but still haven’t seen the refund on my card. I’ll give it a couple more days then…? When I have my car again go pick up the order? I’ll let you know how that turns out. Actually, I just checked two past orders that were each shorted an item, and I haven’t seen the credits for the missing items yet!!!
