Mad Chicken - Milwaukee

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Despite fried chicken meals still being on the menu, they were not available at this location. The chicken tenders and sandwich I ordered were also disappointing - the tenders were not tender and lacked flavor, and the sandwich was made with these subpar tenders. Additionally, the restrooms were out of order and closed. The loud music and poor acoustics made it difficult to communicate with the cashier and hear orders. Overall, I was most disappointed by the lack of flavorful and tender chicken tenders and the absence of a functioning restroom for patrons.

I am disappointed to write a negative review of this restaurant. Despite requesting no meat on my salad, it still came with meat. The Caesar dressing was barely filling half of the cup and the salad was warm. The boneless wings lacked Buffalo sauce and seemed more like tenders. The fried pickles and jalapeño poppers were cold and unpleasant. I attempted to contact the restaurant by phone but received no answer. Overall, I was very let down by this $35 meal, with the main issue being the unwanted meat in the salad.

I found a plastic saw tooth inside my crispy BBQ wrap. It seems to have broken off something used to pull apart the meat. I used to love this place, but the quality has deteriorated significantly in less than a year. Edit: I threw up 3 hours later. My stomach feels much better now, but I had to deduct the last star.

I have never had any issues with quality, taste or service.

My go to spot for late night wings. Always fresh and great quality chicken.
