Egg And Flour Pasta - Milwaukee

Absolutely loved the Adam pappardelle and the carbonara that my girlfriend ordered. Easily some of the best pasta I've had anywhere.

We love this pasta! Homemade pasta and fantastic owners and staff. Last night we ordered Campanelle Signature (tomato butter, cherry tomatoes, spinach, roasted red peppers), Pappardelle (wild mushroom cream sauce), and The Adam (pappardelle, bolognese, cream sauce, burrata). We don't know which was the best they were each incredibly delicious.

Unfriendly. First time here. No one to welcome you in the front door. I saw the only person in the front on a not busy day (only one couple was in the entire place) wave off two black patrons waiting at the register. I can't give them my money. Have a greeter or someone personable at the front. There are many options in the area . Can't speak to the pasta. This was at 5:30 on a Wednesday.

Wonderful Pasta some of the very best Milwaukee has to offer. Service was slow though as we were a party of two and there was no other patrons in the restaurant who didn’t already have their food and there were several staff members on shift.

Great stuff. Got the wisconsin mac and cheese with crispy chicken. Husband got the adam. Great flavors and the noodles themselves are done fantastic. My ONLY complaint would be my chicken could have been precut.
