Cousins Subs - Milwaukee

I was told at the door that if I ordered online, they were no way that I would get food! I also went a different time and was told that they were a big party submissive they tried to finish in time and if I wanted food to come back in an hour. The staff is rude and doesn't care. all latest reviews are accurate

The staff mocked, insulted a customer with a speech disorder. Sándwich was possibly served stained and in any case was not good. Absolutely unacceptable.

Had the best experience with these cousins. Whoever the boy was I think his name was Jay he had a positive attitude though from all the time I was there and got his work done...also I think the name was Liz she did fantastic with making the sandwiches I definitely come back:

If I could give this place a ZERO, then I come to a DOOR DASH, I speak and the Lord says he has no time for what I wanted! I said what, are you serious, I said I tried DASH and command some party documents, but I'm good, just give me my DASH! He said "GOOD"? BYE! We have to take care of everything!

I should have checked the reviews before I went into this location. I wholeheartedly agree with all these reviews about the slow and terrible (rude and uncaring) service. I was the only customer in the store when I placed my order and it still took 25 min to complete my simple cold 2 sandwich order. There were 3 people working, so not terribly understaffed. Just employees who had no desire to put forth much effort in their jobs. Not Freaky Fast like Jimmy Johns, just Freakishly Slow and uncaring!
