フィードバックを提供するWhen my 17-year-old went to pick up the food, the owner was very rude. She confronted my child about why I wanted to know the prices and handed her a menu, making it clear she was annoyed about the request for an itemized receipt. Afterward, I called again and spoke with the same woman. I verified the situation with another location, and they agreed that her behavior was completely unacceptable. I was trying to support local businesses during these tough times, but I will never return to this establishment again. If it were possible, I would give zero stars.
First, there were no masks worn by staff or customers, and every table was occupied without any social distancing, which was disheartening to see. We placed a to-go order consisting of two kids' meals with filet mignon and rice, and three sides of rice with filet mignon. There were a few other items, but the issue lies with the filet mignon. The kids' meals were priced at $9.95, and the sides with meat were $10.95, but we were unaware of the prices when we ordered since they weren't listed. Upon checking the three sides, we found only five pieces of meat in total: three in one side, two in another, and none in the last. For $11, that's unacceptable! When I called, the OWNER informed me that there would be no refunds, despite the fact that I paid with both credit and cash. She did offer me two free sides of rice with filet mignon for next time. But as the owner, Amy, shouldn't you be able to access your own pricing and ensure quality? I understand that times are tough, but if you're going to charge $11 for a side of rice, there should definitely be meat included.
