Pizzaiolo - Milton

I like gourmet pizza and will pay extra for it but not moving forward now that toppings are down and all the flavour is pizza dough. I waited for my pizza and 3 others after me changed their orders like myself bc they jacked up their prices but didn’t change the prices on ANY of their Menus. Buyer Beware!

I placed order 1598315870 at about 8:35pm. After an hour I called to check the status and was told it was on its way. The person I spoke with told me not to worry and the pizza was fresh. I thought that was an odd thing to say. At 9:45pm I was delivered two stone cold pizzas. I could live with the long wait, but not the cold pizza and not the unsolicited lie. I emailed their customer service but received no reply.

My family likes the pizza there a lot. They have some good and different flavours. We’ve had some problems with phone orders but they usually have a good selections for walk-ins. One thing I don’t like is that your tip shows up in large font on their side of the screen, not sure what the purpose of this is but it makes me wonder if affects how much attention they pay to your pizza order of you don’t tip well. :

Terrible staff, especially Tony, at least that is the name he gave me. My order was ready when I was waiting in the store, but was not told. When I nicely asked why, the staff become aggressive and hostile against me. Will never go there again.
