Love this location but don’t do a mobile order, you’ll end up waiting longer compared to the people ordering inside or drive thru

I used the mobile app to preorder my food and I picked up my food on the thru drive. It was time when I was there. That was my second time I did this process. I have to say it was fast and easy because I had already preloaded my order. All I had to do was adjust if necessary, click OK and pay. It was pretty easy. The hardest part was about construction because they work near the highway. Staff are very friendly and quick with your food.

I was incredibly frustrated, especially since not only was my order incorrect, but the coffee was wrong, and my hot items were cold. It's infuriating when a simple order can't be handled correctly. I pay for my food, and I expect it to be prepared the way I requested. It seems like a straightforward job, so I don’t understand why they would demand such high pay for such poor service. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience!
