Primavera - Millis

I could not ask for a perfect day to celebrate our 50th anniversary. jennifer, the event coordinator, has made an excellent job to make this event perfect. she took care of my hands and gave great suggestions to make it perfect. there were many great compliments about the quality and quantity of food and how beautiful the ballroom was through decoration and lighting. it was a fabulous day.

Sunday, 16:20 clock. ordered take-out, waited 10 minutes on the phone after which please put on hold. the command was wrong. ordered linguini w meatballs and sausages and meat lasagne. I've got some meatballs. I have to hold back 15 minutes after ordering. he waited for 30 minutes in cash with beer. finally asked for status of order, waited another 5 minutes until the order came from the kitchen. 5 minutes drive to the house, eating was cold! when I came in rest/bar, no one was there, except two workers behind the bar. Ask for brot in the original order, the smallest piece was provided. only disappointing. for the money. I would be hard to try this place again.

I do not recommend to use primavera or the providers that outsource them for catering and tent rentals. I ordered the caveman BBQ package for the closing party of my daughter, that was eating terrible. most of them were unthinkable and I didn't serve it. the mac and the cheese were burned and dried, the mais on the cob was gray and water logged, the quarters of the pieces and parts dry and overcooked. it was days and they have not yet come to remove the tent. the wood panels of the banquet tables were peeled and shredded. good if they cover them, but for the bear they burden it is a break. the communication between restaurant and eventplaner is terrible. I got an email with a line that was sent by her phone, and told me when it was zelt up. the food arrived 1.5 hours a day. I said it would set up 30 minutes before the event. the food sat in my kitchen to get cold and dry. terrible.

Super bad eating and service. he waited for 4 hours. the waitress brought only one of the 4 escapes and the other 3 dishes came about 15 minutes later. when we mentioned that the first escape was now cold, she reacted with “They should have started eating it when it came to the table.” the side dishes of the mushroom risotto had an acidic taste and was not edible. the waitress has not offered a replacement. the manager was there, but never came to the table. the host gave us drinks and desserts on the house, which was a nice geste. in general we would not go back. many other local restaurants in the environment with much better eating and service.

Im sorry to say this will be my last trip to Primavera. The last time my family and I went in the food was good but the service was horrible. It was a Friday night and was not too busy at all. The waitress took 30 mins to get 4 drinks and even longer to bring salads and even longer for meals. We just didn't understand. We were in this Sunday evening for Father's Day. We had the same waitress and the same results. I actually thought about asking for sombody else but didn't want to seem rude. On top of being too busy talking to people she didnt get the order correct. The food is very tasty but Primavera will loose customers if that kind of service continues. We unforunatly won't be back.
