Dunkin' - Millersville

My food is ALWAYS burnt. My coffee is bitter every single time. the donuts are tiny. Compared to the place down the street please do not come here

The people that work here are very nice and my order is always accurate.

The drive thru wasn't backed up, so I opted to use it. The employee at the window was very pleasant, and she made sure that I got the order I intended to place from my phone--even though I mistakenly left off a drink. She was very polite and friendly, and she didn't not delay in making the drink. Great experience, and the drink/donuts were excellent.

The drive thru service is fast, however there just needs to be a little more attention when making their drinks as we had a couple of mix ups with our coffees

The staff is generally very friendly but I have had issues with my food here at least 6 times. I just can’t with this location anymore. They have burned my croissants every time, they were crunchy and dry. And now i said no bacon but got bacon and the way this food was thrown together was… a little too rushed.
