Peppercini's American Eatery

I was thrilled to discover this place! I wouldn't have known about it if I hadn't had some business to attend to next door to the Western Governors University at 3900 S. and 700 E. I ordered their hot Italian sandwich, and it was an enormous and delicious meal all on its own. Now, two hours later, I'm still feeling stuffed. The combination of flavors and textures in that sandwich made my taste buds so happy that I just had to write a review. I definitely plan to go back. The interior was lovely, and the service was fantastic; dining at their table was just as it should be. I enjoyed the atmosphere so much that I ended up staying a bit too long and had to rush back to work. If I recall correctly, they are only open for lunch from 11 AM to 2 PM. Great prices, delicious food, a cheerful ambiance, and friendly people—what more could you ask for?

Although it's only open for lunch, I'm already eager to return. I tried the hot Italian sandwich and got the Chipotle chicken for my wife. The portions were substantial, which was fantastic, and both sandwiches were incredibly tasty. The bread was great, and each was packed with high-quality and unexpected ingredients like Italian sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms, and more. The sauce was also top-notch. The atmosphere had a nice vibe too!

Took my team there for lunch as we wanted to try something new. It's small place with fast service and delicious food. The southwest chicken salad was fresh and tasty. Glad it is open to dine in.

Let me start by saying what an awesome vibe. I've driven past this place countless times, never really batting a second eye, I definitely regret having not stopped sooner. It doesn't look like much but the moment you enter you're hit with old timely decor, a lively bustling atmosphere and the smell of fresh bread, for a moment I swear this place had transported me to some beautiful far away land. I ordered the Turkey Avocado sandwich, perfect portions and incredibly tasty ingredients, their fries were crispy and the Fry sauce is to die for! Truly the Gordon Ramsey's of sandwiches! Adding to my regular lunch spot ASAP, if you're also a sandwich connoisseur, I'd do the same.
