Domino's Pizza - Millbrook

I have been 3-4 times to this location and my order was carry out. Every time, the employees were polite and quick to take care of me and anyone else. I see alot of bad reviews with the delivery service in which I have not experienced yet. I will attempt the delivery service so that I can give a more detailed review on my experience. So far, I've had nothing but good vibes. I always order the Pineapple and Ham. ?

The guy working tonight was very rude, he cancelled my order without letting me know and hung up in my face twice! When I called and asked to speak to Olivia who is the district manager he said she was not there I asked for his name and I was told by him that he does not have to give it out… This is not the normal behavior for this store

The employees are usually friendly enough but it has taken 40-50 minutes from the time I place my order until it's done for CARRYOUT the last three times.

Don’t waste your time here, go on to Prattville or Wetumpka dominoes because the Millbrook location will def take your money and waste your time with incorrect order 95% of the time I’ve been there. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. The guy who works there manager I assume is so rude . He was overly rude to another customer in front of several children because he was short staffed. The customer had to get law enforcement involved. Never will I go there again ..
