The ambience is very mmm thick type very clean and well organized, the color of the walls are very lively and fits well with their design. Order the food in amazing and freshly prepared. The portions are very generous, colorful and tasteful, and although it seems a lot of food, it is actually a very good balance plates. The service is excellent and the people who work there are proud of what they do it is obviously on the way that always run around to clarify something while you review with you about your experience. The prices are reasonable $11 to $15a record with some extras, but you will leave filled.
One of the best places to get Ramen in Marin County. Very authentic and price is good. Service is friendly and fast, and the restaurant/bath is very clean. We come here all the time as it is hard to find good Asian cuisine in the area.
I finally came in here for lunch after hearing so many great things about this place. The place was clean and very minimal which was nice. They have a selection of various drinks including beer, wine and Sake on your way in. There is a freezer with Mochi at the end along with some take and go items next to the register. They also have a beer and a cider on tap. I ordered, to go, the Tam Tam Ramen and the Spicy Miso Tonkotsu. I was seriously tempted by the fried chicken but decided the soups would be plenty and they were. I had a beer while I waited since they say everything is cooked to order and the wait was quicker than anticipated. The broths were separated from the other ingredients for transportation which was nice and everything was hot when I got home After combining everything together we dug in and it was pretty delicious. The Tam Tam came with ground pork and some delicious vegetables while the Spicy Miso came with sliced pork and vegetables, each a bit different. Both broths were super good. I was so hungry I forgot the pictures so sorry about that. I will definitely be back here for more ramen, probably some chicken, Bao sliders and sushi tacos. Maybe tomorrow.
Oh Snap! 5 stars all the Way. A must try. Everything hasn't disappointed me yet! The noodles are perfect texture when biting into and they put just the right amount of everything needed to build a local farm fresh Ramen from California. Everything is not overly spiced IMO. Decent portion for the price. Sit on bench and look out into the beautiful mill valley while eating a big bowl of hot soup mmmm..the best hangover cure. I also recommend the yerba mate tea in the yellow cans for a natural chilled caffeine boost after your hot Ramen. Enjoy:
We tried four out of the six ramen options today, and each one had its own fantastic flavor and uniqueness. The Spicy Wheels offered a nice kick, while the Snow Cabinets had a wonderful balance with the Bonito flakes. The original tonkotsu was rich and flavorful. The Tam Tam Ramen was hearty, meaty, and slightly spicy, complemented by a hint of real sugar in the broth. We enjoyed everything we tried. The service was helpful and accommodating. The only downside was that the lighting was a bit too bright for dinner, but that’s a minor issue. We can’t wait to come back again and again!
