Po Sing Kitchen - Mililani

The restaurant offers a 2-choice plate with options like beef with broccoli and char siu, along with 6 pork hot dogs. The food is delicious, but be aware that the restaurant only accepts cash.

The young man who slices the roast pork and char siu is friendly and always has a smile on his face. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the female staff. The roast pork is delicious, but it was surprising to learn that this Chinese restaurant requires a minimum purchase of half a pound for either char siu or roast pork. It's not possible to mix and match to meet the minimum requirement. This policy suggests that the restaurant is very confident in their product. They also have a minimum requirement of three pork hash. The manapua leaves something to be desired as the filling is bland and more like minced char siu, not at all comparable to what you would find in Chinatown. The bread of the manapua is good, but the filling could use improvement. Additionally, this restaurant is cash only, which may be inconvenient for some customers. It seems like a place where you just have to accept the policies and make your purchase.

Their roast pork is the best. Customer Service is excellent, as well.

Always good! Selections are more authentic than most. The meat plate never disappoints. It's worth the price which is reasonable. The location is clean.
