It was fantastic! I loved the concept of adding boba to my drink!

Jamba Juice. Let's begin with the cardboard straws they provide for our drinks. Halfway through, the straw starts to disintegrate, making it difficult to enjoy the rest of my beverage. Then there's the bagels and cream cheese—they simply toss a bagel in the oven and hand it to you with a packet of cream cheese, but there's no utensils available to spread it. It's a complete failure! I won't be returning, and it's worth noting that they mentioned they never have plastic utensils; they didn’t just run out.

I can't believe it! I waited four minutes for service and ended up walking out. Not a single staff member came to assist me. There were three employees, and not one of them offered to take my order. The only other customer was a guy who just ordered a drink! This happened on August 22nd, 2019, at 1:15 PM. They really need to improve their management. It's just so disappointing!

MISSY made this experience VERY frustrating. I stood in line for at least 10-12 minutes while she had a whole conversation with the woman she knew in front of me. In no way did she try to ask the lady to move to the side and didnt even say anything when iwalked up to the register. She just stared! No customer service guidelines? The only reason they get stars is because the guy inthe back made my drink fast.

This was my first time visiting Jamba Juice alone. My son introduced me to it, and it was a fantastic experience. I absolutely loved the Tropical Dragon smoothie—it’s a delightful blend of tropical flavors!
