Mcdonald's - Mililani Town

Very fast, but also very happy to help and tend to all the requirements that are required for additional sauces and special requests!

I'm going out of mine to go to this place (even if there is one closer to me). the personal is always friendly and the order was always correct for me. they can sometimes be busy, but we never wait too long.

Service is good. they are just about cashiers working at night. I went last night, gave the guy $100.03 my amount was $33.03 to dinner and the guy with the manager gave me only $7.00, while the $60.00 sat right on the counter above the register. he owed me $67.00 change. he goes here, you go change $7.00, I said, sorry, I gave you $100.03 he went oh laugh, while a young manager stood next to him and picked up the $60.00 said apology laugh. for me, it's not funny. if they don't know how to make the right change, they're not a cash box. he would have $60.00 i the morning crew, the older ladies are so nice, friendly. ceira is the best manager. jackie, leila, teerah chadwick are my favorite staff super chill, nice, funny and they can tell them that their mcdonald’s family

I come here almost every morning before work just to get something small. It's usually pretty busy and I don't have much time in the morning. So I don't mind walking in. The walk in experience is pretty straightforward and much better than drive thru. Drive thru just wants you in and out, which I totally understand. But alot of the times then misplace a certain item or don't here me correctly and I end up getting incorrect items. Aside from that I'll still come here. I know fast food is rough and will never outright complain. Just simply come in and ask for what I'm missing. No need to make a huge deal about it.

Brought kids in to eat and the staff was friendly, order was correct, but the restroom needed some serious attention. There was no toilet paper in the handicap stall, enough toilet for one person in the other stall, and no seat covers. The sign states that the restrooms and cleaned and sanitized regularly. Since they weren't cleaned then they probably didn't sanitize either
