Guacamole's Mexican Cuisine Milford

Terrible my place was dirty, a guest food was not cooked (her chicken was raw in the middle), one found a hair in her food, then another guest asked to hold the paprika and they added pepper. We had to wait for water, and for a table of 5 they automatically added a 20% tip unheard. I'll never go back!

Overall, the service was missing on our visit. Not very welcome at arrival, no Happy Hour Specials when sitting in the dining room, drinks very slow, a person meal took an additional 3-4 minutes to arrive, empty drinks for a while before on... And when we got the bill, I noticed that the review was already 18% of the Gratity on it for a table of 4. I asked if there should be bliss and the server said, not safe, sometimes there is and sometimes there is not. Said it depends on the crowd, but didn't know the crowd. I paid it anyway, but not happy about the experience as a whole. Eating was decent, not sure if we were going to leave another.

We waited nearly 50 minutes without anyone coming to check on us. Frustrated, I requested to speak with a manager, but was informed that there wasn't one on duty that day. I expressed my dissatisfaction, but despite that, no one returned to our table to take our order or even ask if we wanted drinks. My experience was so disappointing that I will not be returning. I used to bring my friends here, but now I can't recommend it to anyone.

When I inquired if this was standard, the server mentioned it wasn’t guaranteed – sometimes it’s included and sometimes it isn’t, depending on the crowd, which they did not seem to know much about. I went ahead and paid it, but overall, I was not satisfied with the experience. The food was decent, but I'm unsure if we would return.
