Stan's Ice Cream - Milan

I absolutely loved this unique bomb pop they had in stock, and the price was fantastic!

My boss ordered ice cream from Stans for our workplace since it was 104 degrees and we don't have air conditioning. He wanted to treat us well, so we planned an auction for 11 AM and requested that they arrive before that time. Unfortunately, they didn’t show up until 20 minutes after 11, and just 10 minutes later, we had to move our cars, so no one got the ice cream my boss promised us. My boss is understandably unhappy, and the rest of us are too. Stans has not been great for years, with rude customer service more often than not. They seem to lack concern for their customers. There’s no reason for us to apologize; if the staff had been more patient, they could have made many more sales instead of just one ice cream. But instead, they chose to leave without even speaking to anyone. Your customer service skills are consistently poor and seem unlikely to improve.

This restaurant drives through the neighborhood blasting music at full volume, creating a serious noise issue. On May 12, the driver of the #94 bus couldn't hear me asking him to turn down the music because it was so loud. I measured the noise level in my house at 95 dB using a paa3 instrument. Please, for the sake of your neighbors, turn off the music! It can be harmful for those with sensitive hearing. If this continues, I will have to take action to address this problem.

Runs thru neighborhood with speakers at full blast. Noise violation. Driver of #94 on May 12th could not hear me asking to turn down because the music was so loud. Inside my house measured 95db. Instrument used paa3. Please for the love of man turn the music down! Your killing those with sensitive hearing. Will supply treats to the neighborhood no cost if you don't stop.

Excellent customer service!! I had a last minute thought for my daughters birthday party. Called up Stan’s and the ice cream truck showed up in less than an hour! Made all of the girls day! Thank you!
