Moshi Moshi - Miguel Hidalgo

It is a Japanese restaurant that uses the concept of colored plates on a belt passing next to the tables. The menu is helpful to know the dishes and select what you want. Also you may request that the dish you want be prepared and added to the belt. Good choice with several stores in the city.

A month ago I had order through UBER app my order to celebrate a special date. Was disappointed. Since is one of my favorite places to eat, I let the store know their failure and not like other places that are offended if they receive bad comments, Roberto Franco, the manager of the brand, called to ask how could they improve and of course offered to change the bad experience and I was greatful for the exquisite attention in every customer, so yesterday I decided to place another order and invite a friend to try their menu. I have to say Carlos, the manager took my order and indeed the fact that they took the time to my experience worth the money and to know how could they replace the previous experience, the quality in service is what I value the most. So, companies that take serious care about the experience of their costumers is always worth every penny.

My wife and I love Sushi and enjoy it wherever we travel. Unfortunately Moshi Moshi was somewhat disappointing. The portions were ample and the service was very good. Prices also were quite reasonable. The disappointment was with the taste of our selections. The seaweed salad was flavorless as were the other dishes we ordered.

They have good food, fast service and pricing is good as well. they have a rotating belt with great fresh sushi also their Rib eye Tacos are good. Personal favorite.

The concept of having sushi delivered to your table in a carousel is lovely plus the sushi here is sooooo good! Please stop by if you are a sushi lover and like the concept!
