We didn't get a meal that was as unusual as what we expected in our original choice, but we got good service and good tasting. Several people in our party ordered hamburgers, and none of them found something they don't like. I have a grilled chicken breast with baked potato and side salad. You have the grilled chicken breast right. It was marinated enough that the grilling process did not absorb all moisture from it. The baked potato was hot when she came out and was boiled all the way. Her special ketchup-like sauce was good for dipping chicken and potato. It reminds me of the sharp ketchup by Johnnie's Charcoal Broiler. The side salad was bigger than I expected it to be. When I tried the Caesar Dressing, I thought first that she had given me Stale Ranch Dressing. But an employee proudly told me that they make their Caesar dress in the house every day. It does not have the intense Umami taste of a businessbought creamy Caesar Dressing, but it was still good. I wonder if they add an anchovy paste. I want to try her cream cake for a second visit. They saw delicious sitting in the display case.
The food here is amazing!!! They have so much to choose from and it is all good. You can't go wrong.
Love judges!. Me and my family eat here all the time! Absolutely amazing food! Can't go wrong with the burger! My son devours his burger along with my husband! Judges is a hidden gem!!! So recommend eating here!
Judge 's NOT like Johnnie 's. Judge 's is nothing like Johnnies. My daughter has stomach issues and can not eat processed foods but Judge 's is a restaurant we can always go inside order fresh food and my daughter does not have ANY stomach issues after she eats. When I inquired at Judge 's one day (trying to figure out the difference in food the manager who was very happy to answer my seemingly odd questions told me Judge 's uses FRESH never frozen Ok City Meat locally owned and operated delivered every two days, FRESH produce delivered from locally owned and operated Vineyards and additional products from U.S. Foods. From previous experience with visiting Johnnie 's with my daughter (who we later found out uses a frozen cheap patty yet hasn 't changed their pricing on the menu to reflect their lower cost and why we can 't eat there when I asked a Johnnie 's manager he refused to answer my question then when asked again he finally said if I had questions I should all the corporate office and he refused to give me any more information. My thought was what are you hiding? and vowed to never return to Johnnie 's. In additon, Judge 's staff are friendly, sociable, clean and very helpful unlike the alleged competition who are a larger chain and don 't care if you aren 't satisfied. I always judge a restaurant by the bathrooms which were clean, smelled clean, properly stocked and the deco was great! The owners are in their Judge 's store daily to ensure fresh food, friendly service and quickly distributed food without the fast food taste. I hope you all give Judge 's a try and enjoy the classic Judge 's car pictures on the wall and classic rock jammin in the background while watching a game on the big screen tv. They rock and the food is delish!! I wouldn 't compare any of the surrounding restaurants in MWC with Judge 's because they have fresh food and the taste is definitely the difference. When I can take my daughter to a restaurant and she doesnt have any stomach issues, that 's how I know there is a HUGE difference in quality. Fresh food doesn 't bother my daughters stomach and I 'm so thankful there is FINALLY a spot close to home in MWC we can eat as a family!! : Thank you Judge 's and staff!!
I 've been here twice and have had decent experiences both times. Most recently, I got the Chicken Tender Dinner and felt the value was good. For just over 10, I got 4 tenders, a baked potato, side salad, and bread. Plus, it came with butter, sour cream, gravy, and crackers. I 'd say that 's not bad. My only suggestion would be to NOT charge .60 for cheese for a baked potato. I feel cheese should come standard on a potato. I wouldn 't buy a hamburger and expect to pay extra for lettuce or tomato or mustard... But, that 's my only complaint . I would eat here again.
