Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

My first experience using the app was seamless. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant maintained a high level of cleanliness. While many menu items were priced on the higher side, there were also some affordable options available.

The seasoned chicken and fries were tasty, and there were great sauce options available, along with some delightful sweet tea. Personally, I prefer Zaxby’s over Cane’s. However, I found the service to be good, the line moved quickly, and the restaurant itself was clean.

I visited the restaurant on February 1st at 3:19 PM, and I was really disappointed with my meal. The chicken tenders were dry and tasted old, while the fries were overcooked and lacked any seasoning. That would have been manageable, but to make matters worse, I found hair in my drink, which was absolutely disgusting. I spent $15.35, and when I tried to call to address the issue, the phone just rang and then cut off. I wish I had gone to the Taylorsville location instead. I would like a refund.

This is the best Zaxby’s in Utah. I’ve been to pretty much all of them in Utah because I love Zaxby’s and this one is so best managed! The workers are so nice and knowledgeable, the restaurant is so clean and really presentable. Trust me this is the Zaxby’s you want to go to!

Just went through the drive up for a 10 piece fingers, and some white cheddar bites. Asked the employee at the window to make sure I had plenty of dipping sauce. Ended up with 2 small cups of Zaxbys sauce for 10 straps, and no ranch for the cheddar bites. No wonder there was only two cars in the parking lot, that must have been the incompetent employees. No one but me in the drive through. I guess bad on me for thinking that would work out well!! That's the last 18 bucks they will ever get from me!!
