Ruth's Chris Steak House Richmond

After a few weeks, we were in the mood for a relaxed, leisurely dinner with friends to catch up on life. Daniel's timing was impeccable—he visited our table just when we needed him without being intrusive. His suggestions encouraged me to step outside my usual choices, and I ended up with some fantastic dishes! What an incredible experience it was, as he anticipated our needs before we could even make a request. From now on, dining at Ruth's Chris will be less about the restaurant itself and more about having Daniel as our server! The service and food truly deserve more than five stars. The only downside was the music, which could have been quieter. I felt like it made diners speak louder, and the overall chatter detracted from the fine dining experience. Nonetheless, we enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing evening—three blissful hours filled with drinks, appetizers, salads, entrees, and the best dessert ever! If you visit, definitely ask for Daniel; you'll have the most delightful culinary experience in Richmond. Just a heads up—you might get spoiled!

I had a wonderful dining experience here tonight for my birthday. Our waiter, Michael, was exceptional and attentive to all our needs. The food was delicious, served hot, and full of flavor. Michael and his attentive team took great care of us throughout the evening. The manager also stopped by to check on us, and we truly appreciated all the attention and pride that made tonight’s dinner special. As returning guests, we brought some dear friends to celebrate my birthday, and we were treated just as the Ruth's Chris staff is trained to do! I highly recommend this restaurant, and we will definitely be back. Once again, Michael was fantastic; he was attentive and went above and beyond our expectations. He made my birthday dinner truly memorable. Thank you so much!!!

Our server, Bobby, was extraordinary. He took such good care of us from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and knew the menu inside and out. He went above and beyond. The food was beyond delicious and the steaks (filet mignon) were cooked to perfection. Great experience!
