Penn Station East Coast Subs

I called twice and was suspended. The staff says they can't hear the callers. Please fix that. You lose sales because many people want to call orders. Besides, after I came home, I discovered that my order was wrong. I have a chicken stable, but they forgot the sauce. Very disappointed.

Staff was very friendly. I had the cheesesteak with everything on it minus Mayo and pizza sauce. Sub was good but for $13.44 (12 inch) I expected better. Sub, fries and a drink ran about $23 which is a little steep for 1 person. Fries were average. They only had ketchup for sauces. Would have been nice to have mustard or another sauce to dip in. Probably wouldn?t come back here. I think you get a more for your money at Jimmy John?s, Firehouse or Quiznos.

The best subs and fries in the area. By far. Hot or cold, either way, they are far superior to the other sandwich shops around. A little pricey, but worth it. You will not be disappointed.

Asked for no sauce, lettuce or tomatoes. They put mayonnaise all over the sub. Apparently their subs don't come in meals and they don't ask either if we want to make it a meal. And you have to ask for a receipt they don't just give you a receipt. So we didn't even know what they rang up. The crew making the sandwiches kept switching positions so the lady at the grill was having to remake the food because they didn't know who was making what. Husband's sub was soggy so he didn't even eat his. Whole experience was terrible and will never go back.

I got the cheesesteak with peppers, onions, mayo, and pizza sauce. I thought that it was going to taste nasty, but it is really good. It doesn't overpower the steak. Let's take a look
