フィードバックを提供するWhy are we still doing takeout? It’s incredibly frustrating to receive food in a plastic takeout container. It makes it difficult to enjoy the meal when it feels like there’s no option but to take it to go. The food and staff are fine, but every time I visit, I end up with my meal in a box. Even when I request a plate, it doesn’t seem to happen.
The drive-thru staff were fantastic! However, we had to wait longer than the time they initially told us, even though we decided to stay since we weren’t in a hurry. To make matters worse, our drink came without a straw. The soda tasted oddly off, and the orange chicken didn’t even resemble what I usually expect. I’ve been to other Panda Express locations, and the food is usually great, but this experience was really disappointing.
We waited for three minutes without anyone greeting us, even though staff definitely saw us. I ordered three duck dishes and was informed that one was unavailable, so I waited, but nothing came. I then inquired about my other orders so we could sit down and begin our meal. Every table was dirty, and all the trash bins were overflowing. After finishing my meal and getting ready to leave, I realized I never received the missing duck. It took around 20-25 minutes, and they still hadn't brought it to me. I had to remind them, but then they made me prove that I had paid for it before finally giving it to me. The same staff members were still working, yet my experience was very disappointing overall.
So masked in there. We couldn't understand what the lady said behind the counter. Hasn't seen a single smiling employee. The manager didn't let my wife get the bottle water my daughters eat with. The food was okay, not great. I think cooked with anger instead of love. Don't come here to the friendly nice staff. You will find blunt pants and masks everywhere.
I went to this location and waited around 30 mins for the family feast deal. When I got home I realized they forgot an entire chicken meal white rice. I immediately called the location and was told they would put my name on a list to comp this mistake and no receipt necessary. Today I went through the drive through and told them above and the manager said they could not help me. Good times.
