Shogun - Midland

The food is definitely something one has to get used to; it tastes quite different from what I'm used to, but it's not bad at all. The staff was very patient and friendly, even with our loud group. I really enjoyed the boba!

We discovered this restaurant while traveling on a Sunday when most places were closed. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is quite tasty. We tried the combination yaki udon, which was excellent. We also ordered the spicy tonkotsu; while it was good, the soup base tasted more like miso than tonkotsu. Overall, it has a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere.

The food was decent, but nothing special. The prices weren't consistent with what was listed on the menu. I'm not sure if they were using an old menu or if the prices had just changed, but I think they should have communicated that better.

This restaurant has a spacious and clean environment with a wonderful aroma. The staff members are very friendly. My husband and I started with the takoyaki as an appetizer. For our main dishes, I had the Devil ramen, while my husband chose the spicy tonkatsu ramen. The portions were generous, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place! I'm looking forward to returning to try other dishes, as they also offer shrimp fried rice, pad thai, and fried noodles. I really love this place!

This restaurant is amazing! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was exceptional. Everyone should try this Ramen grill. If you're passing through, it's the perfect spot for lunch! I highly recommend the barbecue pork buns.
