Genji Japanese Steak House - Midland

Always a great experience here at Genji's of Midland. The food was good and the service was friendly. The atmosphere is good and the show at the table is pretty cool with the flipping with the spatulas and flames.

Portions were large and food was flavored well. In comparison to other hibachi grills, not as much table side entertainment or food displays. Staff were friendly and attentive.

For my first time here I was so amazed. Genji's went above and beyond my expectations. Food was cooked exactly how I asked. Such friendly workers. So interactive. I love all the little tricks the cook does to keep the guests entertained and happy. 10 out of 10 will recommend and will go again!

My wife really enjoys this restaurant, but it hasn’t been my favorite. I think the food is just alright, and I've been to similar places where the cooking is more engaging. It was a nice touch that they offered a birthday discount and dessert!
