Watami Japanese Steakhouse - Middletown

Generous portions of mid grade food. Nothing to write home about good or bad! I got the chicken katsu and ended up taking half of it home for my wife because the portion was so large.

Hate to be that girl but was literally just finishing up my sushi as I witnessed a cockroach comfortably walking on the wall right next to me. Clearly needs deep cleaned

Very good food however a bit stingy with the steak and shrimp considering the cost of the dish

I love coming here. One of my favorite local places. It deserves more recognition. Update: place was likely sold/bought as the name changed but the food is the same! Very good food. Eric put on a wonderful show for us.

Eric was our Hibachi chef he done a great job! Big portions lots of laughs! Will definitely go back for more!
