Starbucks - Middletown

Literally the worst starbucks experience we have ever had. We ordered 2 drinks, and a scone and a cranberry bliss bar. We used our personal cups as always, one a cold drink cup, the other a hot drink cup. 3 times they screwed up my wife's drink, (the first 2 times it was completely the wrong drink) and we finally told them to just forget it, we would simply take the drink they had screwed up. I had to remind them about the scone, because they completely forgot it. The entire visit? 42 minutes.

I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant and could not have been more pleased. The food was top-notch, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The service was exemplary, also rated 5, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere, even for takeout, was inviting and contributed positively to my overall impression, receiving another 5. If you visit, don't miss the Frappuccino—it's a must-try!

On the morning of November 3rd, I was clearly having a rough start to my day, and the young lady outside noticed when I placed my coffee order. When I went to the window to pick it up, they surprised me by saying the coffee was complimentary and that they hoped my day would improve. This kind gesture truly brightened my day and reminded me that there are still wonderful people out there! Thank you! Overall, I give the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5!
