Dunkin' - Middletown

Employees were high, didn’t know anything I ordered but rang me out anyways, then they didn’t have anything they rang me out for, and didn’t know how to refund. I’m going home with 10$ less and nothing in my hands.

I love Dunkin' Donuts. There's no comparison really to any place else.Vegetarian options: They always had meatless options for their breakfast sandwiches.Dietary restrictions: If you're allergic to anything there either more than happy to accommodateParking: Plenty of parking space for everyone.Kid-friendliness: There are more happy to say hello to my child than anythingWheelchair accessibility: The bathrooms are handicap accessible, and so are the entrances.

Always the orders wrong, and the guy taking orders rude and they don’t have muffins either.

Absolutely TERRIBLE EMPLOYEESNO TRAINING LACK OF CARE, The Kid With the curly hair definitely had to be high, Waited 15 minutes for 3 Simple Coffees in a dead zone of a Dunkin DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!

Great coffee, donuts, bagels, muffins , clean areas and friendly staff.
