Basille's - Middletown

Insanely good pizza. Had the cheese slice and a Sicilian square. Good crisp crust, fresh sauce and you can tell they use quality cheese.

Just moved into the area. Born in Brooklyn (L&B), lived many years in S.I., I think I know good pizza and this place has it. Great crust, tasty sauce and good cheese. There's no oily runoff like when they use the cheap stuff. Haven't tried anything but the pizza and calzones and both were good. Even got some dough to make stromboli at home and it was perfect. In fact, I think I'll order some now for dinner. Yum.

Seriously. Having lived in Monmouth County and the are for over 35 years, this is hands down the best pizza. I stopped for a slice the other day going to the wine store next door and really enjoyed the crisp but also flavors of the slice. Then I went back today to see if it was a fluke and got a 2 large pies, one plain and one with sausage and mushrooms for the family. Beautiful. And the price was very reasonable if not less expensive than anywhere which has been reviewed, by 20 to 30 . Awesome job Gents.

Delicious pies. Right amount of cheese. Great sauce. They did dress my salad when I asked for dressing on the side but still deserves a 5 star.

Delicious pizza!!! It’s hard to find a pizza place the entire family can agree on.Crispy crust, fresh mozzarella and amazing sauce. Soooooo goodAnd the price CANNOT be beat. I love this place and am grateful to have it so close by!
