Pizza Co - Middlesbrough

Having given them a couple of chances, my order is usually a parmo with less bechamel, the first two I put down as me not being clear enough and having ordered today I have come to the conclusion they just don't listen as I made it absolutely clear very little bechamel, I would of just let it go and moved on but having called them to give feedback I was passed to a few different people and then just hung up on, so customer service is lacking as well as the ability to take instruction, the owners need to look at this establishment and think about whether the people working there for them are portraying the correct message to their customers.

Chips are so tasty and they have some great meal deals.all food hot and delicious and delivery was quick, good price and service and decent menu.

After a long day watching the Queen's funeral, I was feeling a bit hungry and didn't feel like cooking at home. I decided to order from this restaurant and my meal was quickly devoured. It was delicious and hot, although it could have used a few more chips and a small dip to make it perfect. The delivery arrived within an hour, so everything was okay in the end. I would give it 4 stars.

As per title, then at some point they ruined by replacing the salads that came with the kebabs and parmos, its now mostly coleslaw, like 95% a couple of green leafs. someone needs to tell em to do salads like they did before, u know lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red and white cabbage and red onion. I order my usual Bolognese parmo with no besch, I have to make my own salad or if Im lazy I thoroughly rinse the coleslaw and add a couple of extra veg, unfortunatly I don't use this place as much as used to. and I dare not go for kebabs from there anymore, because kebab with coleslaw with chilli sauce just don't sound. nice Seriously order a side portion of salad and a portion of coleslaw and tell me the difference Now after few years of coming here since they opened I have to find a new place for a decent Bolognese parmos and succulant kebabs. such a damn shame. I will order now and again have no idea how long it will take me and how much much it will cost me me to find and experiment to find a new place. anyone recommed a place a place that has opened the past 2 to 3 years. or even rarer a place that is'nt opened by asians, but i guess thats like the equivalent of a unicorn sighting. I used to go the the pizza shop and kebab centre on linthorpe road, they seem to gone downhill when I tried them last month. so my search continues. I really want my usual fav Bolognese parmo with no besch, fresh salad and chilli sauce. Oh one more thing the burgers are still good no salad/colesaw there

I tried the food from this restaurant today and I highly recommend the burgers and chicken goujons. The food was delicious and hot, ready for pick up in just 10 minutes. The staff behind the counter was friendly and the overall experience did not disappoint. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you, guys.
