Marian Allison's Fish Shop

This restaurant review is very negative. We did not receive any chips with our fish, even though we ordered and paid for them. The portion of coleslaw we received was very small, and it seems like they may be rationing it. The jacket potato was smaller than my bank card, and it was hard and tasted terrible.

I always come here for lunch on Tuesdays with my friend, and I have to say it's a fantastic place. The food is of high quality, prepared quickly, the staff is friendly, and the prices are great for when I'm on a tight budget. I highly recommend it for a weekly visit.

I had a delightful experience at this restaurant with their small portion fish and chips. The proper mushy peas were very tasty, and I definitely plan on ordering from there again.

It really doesn't look appealing but the good is good. It's a traditional standard chippy menu. Apart from the Irish curry sauce, which is worth trying. I've no idea what's Irish about it.

If I could give more stars I would parmo was perfectly cooked and value for money. The chips were awesome as was the coleslaw, salad was fresh and tasty, garlic was thick and creamy. Wish I had got the hot chilli sauce instead of sweet chilli but was still lovely. Delivery man was very friendly. Can't believe I've never ordered from here before Well done
