Cluckys Fried Chicken - Middlesbrough

Absolutely abysmal service. Little thieves. Spent £21+ waited over two hours and no order received. Rang up the man on the phone was very aggressive and rude saying my address has been blocked and I won’t be getting any of the food or money back all because last time I ordered they sent the wrong wrap and the guy on the phone said submit a refund request on just eat so we did and I got a mere £5 refund for the £21+ they have proceeded to steal. We tried to explain the situation but he was having none of it kept shouting over the top of us hung up on us twice and refused to let us speak to the boss. Very dodgy and disgusting behaviour. The food wasn’t even that nice it’s gone proper downhill. Dirty scummy men

Missing items. Driver ignored delivery instructions. When phoned to complain was told I was lying. Awful food and even worst service. The so called manager majorly needs some training. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

The low star rating for this review of my last order on 7/4/2022. Is not for the food quality. The food was quite nice. However your driver threw the order receipt on the floor outside my flat. And I only noticed it the next day. I don't like it when a takeaway does this because the order receipt has my personal details on it in large print.therefore this is out of order.

Terrible service, after they couldn't find me for some time they expected me to eat cold food. Then said they would re deliver to then cancel the order.

Disgusting service , black pizza and the owner was very rude will not be ordering from here again !!!
