Good food and service was nice. Only had a server and had a hurry, but she remained calm and was attentive to all her customers. Food was good, we had counted fried steak dinner my son had the tbone steak dinner he ordered medium rarely and came medium differently than great value for food

After we spent $100 to feed our crew, we were hunted by a member of the staff in the parking lot and accused of stealing whipped cream. You're claiming to have that on video. I have contacted the local business manager in Middlesboro, Ky, as well as companies and cannot react to my request to see the band. If someone from our party actually took the cream, I'll pay for it. So far we have been accused of being thieves and liars, but no answer to a request to see the evidence. Since this first review I was contacted by the local manager Jennifer, as well as the corporate office. After checking the band day and time of our visit, both were pretty gracious and apologetic. I found Jennifer to be professional, polite and concerned. It seems that there were a number of errors and misunderstandings that have now been resolved. Although our incident was unfortunate, these things happen and I do not wish a sick will towards the restaurant or its staff. There are few enough places to eat. I'm glad this whole thing could be solved and the accusations negated.

We have been their a few times this month. They are good at bring your food in good time . But that is it. They are very loud and every time we go they never bring us refills. We sit our empty glass at the end of the table but they never even come back to the table to see if we need anything. Sorry to be mean but that is just rude.

Great cooks! Service isn?t as fast as a fast-food restaurant but is great and friendly. I?ve never entered that someone hasn?t greeted us.

Nov-2019. First time here. A two-sided menu with Breakfast on one side and Lunch/Dinner on the other. Good, fresh coffee! The grilled chicken and baked potato was pretty good. UPDATED REVIEW. Went on 10-2020 ordered waffle, 2 eggs, bacon. It was delicious. Social distance seating masks sign. Nice waitress. Fresh coffee. Will return.
