Taco Bell - Middle River

Sometimes this restaurant is fantastic, and other times it's quite disappointing. It feels like a 50/50 chance; you might get the most delicious taco to satisfy your cravings, or you might end up with a soggy, poorly packed mess. I've often encountered missing items or tacos that are poorly assembled. The cinnamon twists are also disappointing; they used to be generously coated with brown sugar, but now they hardly have any. Additionally, they never seem to provide napkins, even when I ask for them. If I'm lucky enough to get some, it's usually just a maximum of three small, ineffective ones. If you visit on a good day, you’ll enjoy a delicious meal, but on a bad day, you'd likely prefer to eat the paper bag instead.

I've consistently had great meals here, and the guy at the drive-thru is incredibly sweet. Many drive-thru cashiers can be rude and forget to say thank you, but not him—he's friendly and always chatty, which makes visiting a pleasure. On the other hand, I find the woman with the shabby elbows a bit off-putting.

I usually like to eat taco bell and usually have a good experience. this time to go was not so good. Drive-Thru was wrapped around the building, so I walked in, I and another guy ordered our food. After I had abandoned my order, it took forever to get my food. at this time the entire drive-thru has already been extinguished. After I got my food, I went to eat and everything was hard and cold. I'll wait all the time for my good to turn like that. I don't want to go back to this taco bell.

As a fellow food service person I hate to rate so low but omg this place made me instantly sick. I ordered two items that have never made me sick before, I love chalupas, but I've spent all day puking with the cold sweats and I am not a fan.

Nice people working here and a clean environment but, I asked twice if everything was in the bags and still had to pull back around because we were missing items.
