Chipotle Mexican Grill - Michigan City

Honest reviews. I have not been to Chipotle in years because every time I would go, something would be wrong with my food. Last night I tried it again to see if anything changed. It did not. The food wasn’t bad. I’m just confused on how you can forget, the beans, salsas, and the guac on an order that is printed in front of you. I understand if you are busy, things happen. There was two people sitting down. One person in line but my food was ready to go already because I ordered online. I’m just not sure how that happens. Thanks though.Edit: I was also missing fajita veggies and cheese.

I won’t complain because they’re doing the best job they can with the short staff that they have. You can’t expect a place to be perfect with only 3-4 ladies on the line. They literally try to handle a rush and online orders. You gotta give them grace in these reviews. They are only a few employees. I wouldn’t say don’t come here just be prepared for a rush. These reviews are ridiculous if it’s that bad make your own food at home !

Good was disappointing for Chipotle. Chips were chewy and taste was off. The tables were dirty and the music was extremely weird. The staff were friendly though.

The food was prepared as expected—fresh, flavorful, and in line with what I've come to know from the brand. There were no surprises here, either pleasant or disappointing, which is comforting in its own right.In summary, the Chipotle in Michigan City serves as a reliable option for those seeking a quick and familiar bite. Employee was rude, restaurant was filthy (no clean tables, trash full), music was too loud! Food looked old, ran out of items and didn’t replace or seem to care. DON’T GO THERE!
