This is the best pretzel I ever had! Fast and friendly service!
We always choose this location for snacks when shopping at Lighthouse Place Premium Outlets. They make very good Soft Pretzels here.
Honestly, I love the place. I enjoy the food and highly recommend that. I do not however, recommend the staff. I've heard them bad mouth customers within earshot of them on multiple occasions. Wish I could recommend higher, hopefully you're staff will bea little nicer and prove me wrong next time I visit
The pretzels are wonderful! However I got here at about 9:50 and sat outside and I didn't see of hear any workers till after 10 when they were supposed to already be open. I watched 3 parties walk up the the door to go in and they were locked and the open sign was off. I could hear and see staff setting up and goofing off from in front of the store but the doors didn't get unlocked till 10:43. If you're planning a snack before you start your shopping I recommend Starbucks or another vendor that opens when they say they do.
