フィードバックを提供するI placed a delivery order on a Saturday. The order was accepted, and I received a confirmation email with an order number. I thought everything was fine. I waited, but no one called me to follow up. Eventually, I decided to call them myself, as I was curious about the payment upon delivery, but there was no information about the payment method on their website. In the end, I found out that there was no delivery on Saturday because they were overwhelmed, and I was supposed to learn this, drumroll please, by calling them myself. I didn't even bother to emphasize that Saturday, November 2, is a regular working day— I was simply amazed by the establishment's customer orientation and the excellent service they provided. In summary: I do not recommend dealing with them, as you will waste your time and end up hungry. It would be better to reach out to organizations that understand what service in the hospitality industry means and value their reputation.
A lovely and cozy place. I've been here more than once. The dishes are delicious and generously portioned, and the service is great! Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
A colorful café with an eastern-themed interior that caters to specific tastes. The place is clean throughout, including the dining area and restrooms. The staff is friendly and polite. We were pleased with the service; the waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and took our order quickly. The wait time was around 7-10 minutes. The kharcho was very tasty, and the eggplants were delicious as well. Overall, all the dishes were flavorful except for the dumplings, which were overcooked. The waiter regretted to inform us that the dumplings were not up to standard and offered to remake them, but we were already full. We enjoyed our experience and would recommend this café.
The staff is friendly and polite, the food is wonderfully prepared, and the banquets are excellent and enjoyable. The prices are quite reasonable and moderate. I recommend you give it a try!
Great restaurant! We attended a business lunch, which costs 250 rubles from 12 to 3 PM. For 250 rubles, we had a salad, bread, a fruit drink, a hot dish, and turkey with vegetables. Everything was very tasty and the portions were generous; we all ended up eating quite a bit!
