I’ve been to many five guys and I’ve always liked their burgers. But this particular location is by far the best!!! The customer service is outstanding the burgers are perfectly made, not even slightly sloppy. This is overall just a really well managed food joint. I placed my order over the phone and was informed it would take 5 to 7 minutes. I arrived in 7 minutes, but then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food. The restaurant was quite busy, and it was clear that the staff were working hard. However, I was puzzled as to why they would provide a time frame they couldn’t meet. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 3.
