Cassano's The Pizza King - Miamisburg

Food isn't bad. It can actually be good most of the time. The service, though, is often pretty bad. I've had to wait a good while for someone to assist me, despite having multiple workers look me directly in the eyes and all while they laugh and joke (mostly a young woman that works there). Definitely not a happy customer and will be forwarding all of my experiences to the corporate level.

Got the veggie deluxe pizza and it was delicious. The cashier was very friendly as well. Will come here again.

We waited almost an hour and a half for our pizza! I called to see where the order was and the representative was nasty. The only explanation offered was that “They were busy.” Completely unacceptable!!!!

Always good. Cassanos is something I get when I go home

Ordered a sub, calzone and pizza. Must of been out of pizza sauce because the sub barely had any, none sent sent for calzone and pizza was sub par at best. Very disappointed. Not to mention the pizza was over baked. Calzone was dry.
