Wendy's - Miami

They need major improvements. Apparently I don't learn from my mistakes, this place should be shut down for good. If I could I'd rate it -0000000000000000000000000000. No joke

I’m giving this location one star because I really love Wendy's, but this particular one is the worst. The customer service is terrible. I've tried to give them many chances, but the food is consistently undercooked and poorly presented.

This is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I've ever visited. My food was served quickly, so I didn't have to wait long, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The management here is clearly doing a great job—keep it up! We'll definitely be returning soon, and I know I won't be let down.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I used the drive-thru and found that my hamburger was undercooked. The fries were completely cold, as if they had just been taken out of the refrigerator. They only provided me with a napkin and offered no condiments at all. They didn’t even ask if I wanted any sauces or extras. The customer service was awful and the food was terrible. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

The vegetables are always fresh. Happy? People
