The customer service was terrible. I couldn't even provide feedback about the food because I had to leave right after placing my order due to the poor service.

Absolutely ridiculous! I ordered an Uber Eats gift, explicitly stating no ketchup, and yet everything was completely ignored! I have a severe allergy to ketchup and pickles!

I've never had any issues with picking up my orders. I haven't dined in, so my feedback only pertains to the pickup experience.

Very nasty inside. no one has commanded. the staff is in the kitchen. you have to stand around and wait, because everyone is sticky. I had to pour water on a table and clean the table and the seat. Never come back. the floor is soouu sticky, every time they keep their shoes on the floor. moblie does not command ready drivers waiting for the order. Kicthen employees do not wear all gloves. nets that fly from the soda machine. the employees did not train properly, customers came back order was wrong. the whole place!

I really had the best experience with the employee her name is Denisha she was so awesome to me I'm from the city of Detroit visiting for a month and her hospitality was just so incredible I must say we need more employees like her nowadays. Her helpfulness and kind sweet spirit as I walked in she greeted me which was everything.PSA: This is the type of coworker we need in the world place and that needs a RAISE ?Thank you so very very much Denisha
