Subway - Miami

This restaurant offers fantastic sandwiches and has seen significant improvements recently. It's wonderful to see fresh ingredients and excellent service. The take-out option is ideal for a lunch meal, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive top ratings of 5.

The service at this restaurant was terrible, despite the fact that it was empty. The cold tortilla and chicken were not heated properly, and the two boys working there were more interested in their cell phones than serving customers. I visited on Sunday, April 30th at 2:30 pm and was very disappointed with the overall quality. I would not recommend coming here on weekends. The dine-in experience for lunch cost around $20-30 per person.

It is unfortunate that it is very difficult to get a good meal at this restaurant. I chose this location because it is close to my work, but next time I will drive to Quiznos instead. I ordered a salad from the menu and the young man taking my order immediately asked if I spoke Spanish. I switched to Spanish but it did not help as he had no idea how to make the salad or fulfill my requests. I had to ask for more spinach twice and explain that I needed extra spinach as the base of my salad since there was no bread with it. When I asked for the vegetables to be chopped, he simply cut tomatoes in half and threw them on top of the salad. The same lack of attention to detail was evident with the meat as well. Eventually, I gave up and requested a plate so I could chop my own salad, but was told I could not have a second plate as it would look like they had sold a salad they did not. I was informed that the plates are counted. Overall, I would suggest avoiding this place. I will say that both employees were polite, but they seemed inexperienced.

I always enjoy visiting Subway, but I can't give them five stars due to the high prices. They have recently increased the prices of their food. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 4 out of 5.
