Subway - Miami

The service was incredibly poor; the staff even called the police when I asked to use the restroom, despite being a paying customer. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for good customer service.

I spoke with someone on the phone who advised against ordering hand soap for the restroom.

The service is quite good, and the staff are friendly. However, it wasn't enough to keep me there during the busy hours. Unfortunately, the layers of the dish I tried were made of spinach and veggie patties, which I wasn’t in the mood for, so I decided to leave after waiting in line. On the bright side, you’re the closest subway to my house!

The service provided at this Subway is extraordinarily poor. When I asked for a cup for water from the fountain, the employee berated me and insisted that I had to pay for the cup and pretended she did not have cups for water and when I insisted she miraculously found the cups. I cannot recall ever having a similar experience at another Subway and will be sure to avoid this one.
