フィードバックを提供するParking is very limited. There are prices for some elements (bread, etc. that do not happen to other subways. The service is fast and the staff is attentive.
This is the worst subway I have ever been to. The employees did not speak English, which is fine by me. I ask her for a new garlic break spicy Italian and she starts making me a regular. I correct her after that, and all seems okay. Then, we go to the vegetable section and I ask for lettuce and tomatoes, which I usually put on the spicy Italian. When I look at the sandwich, it's a damn meatball. I hate the meatball with those toppings so now it's ruined for me. I just took the sandwich since my girlfriend was with me, but I really wanted to walk out of the store. I usually don't care about fast food places enough to put a review, but this was too bad. I will never, ever come back here again.
The woman was quite stingy with the tuna, giving me half portions instead of full ones—four half pots instead of four full ones. The owner should be proud of their staff and perhaps consider giving them a bonus for cutting costs. On the other hand, the man didn't start working on my personal pizza until after he had finished with hers.
I was attended to by a very lovely and charming lady. Was the service excellent?
This restaurant used to be great, but it seems like all good things come to an end. I was served by Alfredo, who started off okay, but he was quite disorganized. He barely added any toppings to my sub and even tried to charge me extra for them. I’ve worked in the subway industry, so I know how it operates, and what he put on my sandwich was minimal. The blonde lady with him, presumably a manager, was extremely slow and took her time without addressing us. I think Alfredo should handle things on his own; the service is just too slow and subpar compared to how this place used to be.
