フィードバックを提供するI found a great selection of items and an ample supply of large water bottles, which I always appreciate grabbing before boarding. Just be sure to allow enough time to wait; there were only two employees working and a long line of customers. The whole process took me about 15-20 minutes. The staff was helpful and clearly working hard, but they definitely needed more assistance!
The customer service was lacking and the staff were quite unfriendly. The barista I encountered today would be better suited in a role that doesn’t involve interacting with customers.
The two ladies working at this café displayed a complete lack of urgency. The service was so slow, it reminded me of Miss Prissy looking for a doctor for Melanie during her labor in *Gone with the Wind*. Why the delay? It’s not like we’re anxious to catch flights or anything. This is an airport, after all, and people are in a rush. This place could really use some motivated baristas!
Only one person on the till and that person is the slowest person that could be on a till. And there is nothing, no frapuccino, no capucciono! What kind of starbucks does not sell capuccino?
Longest Starbucks line for probably the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. Everything tastes like it's expired. Go to one of the other 10 Starbucks in the airport.
