Pizza Rustica Brickell - Miami

I've never been to a pizza place where they deny someone to make their pizza. We came in 20-30 minutes before they closed and they refused to make a pizza for us. We asked for garlic bread and they said they would not do for the night. Every person before us received an order and put their pizza, but we could not get our order. As a popular place in Brickell, I thought it would be a great place to try, but obviously not. Just be careful when you order your pizza obviously do not care how late they close, they are just trying to run their own schedule. When there was management, it was beyond the poor.

Not a good business. Typical of Brickell businesses, very arrogant: I call to order a pizza and they tell me we don 't take orders over the phone, online only. I advised them I am swamped with work and I politely asked if I could just order a particular pizza? It takes 30 seconds to take my order down. They asked me how many pizzas are you ordering? I replied 1. Only one. oh no we 're not taking your order on the phone for only one pizza. ...I told them okay no problem I 'll take my business elsewhere.

It was so bad I didn’t want to finish eating my slice. Pizza was lukewarm at best without any sauce and too much dough. Tasted like bad frozen pizza.

This place is horrible! They advertise that you get a free pizza when you order one pizza! Never happened! I thought that Uber eats had my incorrect address, so I called to make sure that my address was correct. The young lady was rude, abrupt and not very helpful! Pizza was slightly burnt and presentation was awful! What a disaster! I will never order from this place EVER!!!

Very unprofessional, I ordered a pizza at 2:30 a.m because my kids were hungry. Received a confirmation that my order was being processed and would be delivered between 3:10 3:20. I called at 3:35 and they told me that they do not see anything on their end even though I received an email, texted and was charged on my account. The individual just hung up the phone and I tried calling back with no answer. Stay away from them, now I have to dispute this transaction.
