Opera House Miami

I really like this building. The apartments have an amazing view to the park and the sea, location was also perfect, close enough to the airport and wynwood. Also they have good security and parking spots.

This is the worst management possible. Rude, unprofessional, unreliable, unethical,just bad, bad service. They are never available to pick you phone call, rarely respond to your email and they charge you for every little thing possible and don’t pay your deposit back. Very high HOA fees for the services and amenities provided. (Which you can’t enjoy and are offen closed for one reason or another )Same for security staff, rude unprofessional and untrained. The building looks older than it is, and is not the cleanest. Besides good location and amazing views from 01,02 this has nothing to offer. Too bad, it has potential but the management ruins everything, they need to be changed !!!!

SUPER Nice people, but POORLY maintained building. I have never lived in a supposed luxury building where ALL the elevators went down. A few days ago we were told only 3 of 6 elevators would be down for the next 4 weeks. This morning woke up to ZERO elevators. And thats just a slight inconvenience when you are in a 50 plus floor building.Whoever hired this elevator company needs to either find a new elevator service company OR spend a few more dollars for a REAL maintenance plan. I have NEVER lived in a luxury building with this level of elevator issues. Once this elevator situation is solved, I bring the stars back up to 5.. :

Stayed in unit 1207 in an air bnb for one month in September am still getting phone calls and emails daily from this place. REMOVE ME FROM UNIT 1207. I have Called, emailed, and also tell the security people every time they try to call me with a delivery. would never recommend short term rental here. Have to jump through hoops for facial recognition access, office never open, parking is HASSLE, staff are rude. REMOVE MY NAME FROM UNIT 1207
