Nativo Kitchen Bar - Miami

Did the reservation, arrived there and the restaurant was closed!!!!

Beautiful view and great cocktails. Great service and friendly staff

We went to Nativo for a dinner for two on Friday night. I requested to be seated outside as the view of Biscayne Bay and the Port of Miami is a particularly nice one from this vantage point at the Conrad. The food and the service were both very good. Although I do wish the appetizers and desserts were larger. I know small plates are cliches for fine dining establishments, but an octopus entree got us about half of baby octopus tentacle sliced over some purple potatoes. It was very tasty, but gone in two bites. Same with the dessert, it seemed like a sample instead of a full sized plate. That aside, the quality of the food, the service, and the backdrop of Biscayne Bay make Nativo a great date spot

Very thoughtful flavor combinations. Beautifully prepared and presented. Cocktails were superb. Room has a bay view but only if you sit outside or at a window counter which we did. Service started strong and ran out of gas as evening went on
