Mcdonald's - Miami

The dining room was closed and the drive-thru service was incredibly slow. The line did not move at all! Some restaurants should only close if they cannot provide quick service.

I went to this restaurant late at night and ordered 4 McChickens at the window. The staff tried to charge me $8, claiming that their point-of-sale system was not working properly. When I pointed out that this was not the correct price for 4 items priced at $1.29 each, the staff member responded rudely with "Do you want it or not?" I refused to pay the incorrect amount and left without my order. It seems like they were trying to scam me out of extra money. I would not recommend coming here late at night, as it seems like the staff are dishonest and looking to take advantage of customers.

Awful service and wait time. I've been coming to this restaurant for over a decade, but I won't be returning. The server seemed irritated when I complained about waiting for my order for 30 minutes. Unbelievable!

Came at 2 o'clock on 07/04/22 and all the workers had to serve was mcchickens. no drinks. no meat. no sweets. No mccafe. we only have mcchickens, which I kept in the car for 15 minutes, because I was already in the line when I went to order.

Horrible service. We used the mobile app to order breakfast waited in line 15 minutes. Here before 11AM and finally we get to the window and they couldn't find our order then they make us go inside and say that they can't make the order (even though it is already paid for) had to order lunch and now still waiting for just about any food. Total time here 40 mins! So much for fast food.
